Employment Agreement

The Employment Agreement has to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Qatar and Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Qatar before it is submitted for attestation in the Embassy of India and necessary entries in E-Migrate System will be made there after by the Embassy for further processing by Recruiting Agent in India and Protector of Emigrants before the Emigrant leaves India for employment: -

1. Photocopy of inside cover pages and other relevant pages of the passport.
2. Fill in the EAP- 2 Form by hand and submit it in the Embassy.
3. Copy of Qatar ID.
4. The original and a photocopy of the Employment Agreement.
5. Relevant skill / degree certificate
6. Letter from sponsor indicating present profession.
7. Attestation by MOFA and Chambers of Commerce in Qatar.
